Due to personal circumstances i have decided to abandon a 999/1098 trackbike build i started. The 1098 lump is already spoken for but i have the following goodies for sale. 05 999S frame, just been powdercoated by Triple S. Fully adjustable and in flawless Rosso Red. V5 in my name. Comes with the adjustable eccentric and engine bolts. All threads cleaned out. £500 Ohlins Steering damper, in excellent nick. £175 Black Swingarm in very good condition. a few light marks as can be expected, comes with wheel axle and swingarm spindle all bushes/spacers included etc will even throw in the hugger. But the Gilles adjusters are available seperately for £150. Swingarm asembly £300 Ohlins shock, good condition apart from the preload locknuts are a little used! £250 Monoposto Alloy subframe freshly powder coated satin black. £175
Rear brake assembly as can be seen on the swinarm pics, includes caliper master cylinder and all associated parts. £100. 999S Ohlins Forks in excellent condition the only mark is on the 'Ohlins' Decal on one of the fork legs. £700 without yokes. Yokes available for £200. Marchesini forged wheels with tyres, discs and rear sprocket. Freshly powdercoated satin black. £500 Also have a few smaller items, clipons, radiator etc. Will post smaller items for cost. Iam based in Lincolnshire.
Sorry to hear of your circumstances. FYI, they aren't forged wheels (Cue, "They are real wheels" comments), they are standard ones.
The Gilles adjusters look odd. Normally they have a small bracket on the inside of the swingarm as well, like this: Are yours an earlier version or something like that?
You could be right they do look different could possiably be an earlier version or a different manufacturer. However they do look great quality. Forks, Yokes, Steering Damper, subframe, shock and swingarm sold. Still for sale, Frame, Wheels and discs, Rear brake setup, Chain adjusters, clipons, and ive just found a brand new in bag front brake reservoir cover.
Guys the threads 2 years old. Parts are long gone. Still have the odd bits like rear brake setup. Calliper, line, bracket, m/c etc
