Morning all. I was out in J&S Chester yesterday picking up some odds and sods ready for the rebuild when I got chatting to a chap on his old guzzi. He mentioned that he had heard of an indi ducati mechanic in Wrexham who was fantastic and reliable. Well I've lived in Cheshire for 15 years and never heard of such a place . Wasn't Abergele either as I thought that was relatively close but he was adamant it he was in Wrexham. Any ideas guys, always good to hear of reliable ducati mechanics to send our rattling rockets to ?
I know of Moto R in Ruthin which is Richard Green that used to work for Woods in Abergele for years and he started on his own about 18 months ago and is getting good reports
Sounds like he is talking about Tony at Moto Corse. He packed up and moved to the USA over a year ago. He had a unit near Demon Tweeks in Wrexham
I vouch for moto r , no dram, no b/s and no shockingly big bills and as far as I can see ( from 2 bikes 996 and 1098) proper jobs. More than happy and will return without hesitation.
Had my bikes serviced with Tony @ Moto Corse for a few years and was always happy with the results, but needed to find someone else since he moved to the USA and tried Moto-R in Ruthin for a service on my Ducati engined Bimota - picked it up this morning - fair price - nice job - all good. They have a nice range of Italian bikes to look at in the workshop, and a Cafe next door - what's not to like ;-)
