You could try Auto glym leather cleaner which has got a deodorising agents in or even Nik Leather cleaner or even use HG Eliminator of Unpleasant Smells anything from £5-£10 for that sort of stuff, or just plain old baby wipes to clean and get them smelling fresh again and hang them out to air whilst the suns out! Take it you didnt hang them up to air when you got them wet!!! :frown:
You take it right. I'd just done 400 miles and the last 90 were wet, so they stayed where they fell for 24 hours. To be honest now they've dried they ain't half as bad, which is just as well cos Johnsons have just quoted me £98 to clean 2-piece leathers. Forget it, I'll do it myself
Try some lycra/shammy race shorts under your bum. At least if you follow through you won't get skidders on your leathers
Freezer works. Kills off the bacteria. Make sure that you don't unfold them until they are defrosted, otherwise works every time.....and it's free!
No it ain't free. Where am I supposed to put all the food I've taken out of the freezer in order to fit the leathers in? Can't cook it all, certainly can't eat it all (not in one sitting anyway...). So all I can do is lob it away, and that doesn't sound very free to me.
