Has anyone received their Ducati assistance card? I got my bike at the start of may but not yet received one. Off to the dolimites next week and dealer has said will be ok with just the Ducati booklet from the pack. Any thoughts?
Picked up a flat after my first service last week! 5 days after picking up bike! Have the number from previous card. They didn't have my licence plate on their system yet. Fortunately my service book had my chassis number and they were able to use that. Its the chassis number, NOT engine number, they need. Will be fine.
I got two when I bought the 899 last year and another (but yellow) when I bought the Scrambler this year
Have you had your welcome email from Ducati? Had mine about a week after purchase, they provide a code, you can go online and print a copy of your card from there.
How is this supposed to work? I picked my bike up a couple of weeks ago and nothing was said to me about it at all. I had an email welcoming me as a new Ducatista and saying I would get my Ducati card but nothing as yet. Is this system the same as the BMW one that allows you to call Europe wide for breakdown assistance in the first year? Ta
It's 2 yrs for the duration of the warranty. If you're far from home, they also pay for 5 days of hotel stay if yr bike takes time to fix.
That's pretty cool. You would think they would tell you that when you place your order or on collection as it's quite an important point?
HI Guys, when i got my MTS last year i filled in the forms on the Ducati website but didn't receive any card so emailed them and received my card the next week. There is a facility to print out your card once you've registered on the site.
Hi all I've just received my Ducati card with the post today after I registered myself online with Ducati. I thought it might not come after reading some early posts but hey ho it's here
I have also received my Ducati card in the post today, direct from Italy. It helpfully gives my name, a code number, the model of bike, its frame number, and the phone number for calling roadside assistance.
