Wow just test rode the 1200 dvt, what a bike. Jumped off the multi 620 onto this was absolutely mental. Shown round all the buttons then started it up, what a sound just want to sit there and blip the throttle. Eventually set off after stalling 3 times, riding though town the bike feels light and easily manoeuvrable. Out of town and of to pick the Mrs up the bike is off and i haven’t taken it out of urban mode yet. Into touring mode and help i must remember to be a little aggressive with the throttle, think I’ll leave sports mode for now. Mrs on the back and we’re going again nice and steady in urban mode. Kind of steady that right hand of mine. Into touring mode the back end sinks the front end feels like it rises and the Mrs arms rap around me, this thing is fun and mental. Back into urban mode and back to the shop. Stop at traffic lights and the Mrs is jumping about, cramp in her left leg. Is that the bikes seating position or is it the wife sitting wrong. The wife also said there was a lot of vibration through the foot pegs. For me there were no faults I was to excided. Well that’s not totally true, flicked the high beam on a few times accidental and the indictor button just felt it was going to break every time i cancelled it The bike feels sure footed and easy to ride; just point and it went there. Now do i try other bikes or just stick with the multi and which way should i buy it. PCP or finance
Couldn't afford to sell the wife and buy the bike but on the upside maybe she wouldn't want to come on the back as much
flicking the full beam light yup, indicators self cancel after 500m if your doing under 50mph apparently , how much do you want for the mrs ? :Woot:
interesting about indicators will give it ago when I get my bike. Sell the Mrs you must be joking I would rather do without the bike LMAO
I tell her everything lol I'm keeping the wife and just ordered the bike should get it July due to new road tax rules
