  2. Today was supposed to be a restful day at the cottage we're are staying in, whilst the lads went out with their respective families around Bowness and Windermere.

    An hour after they'd left I got a message on FB that #1 son's Discovery had broken down and needed help. So much for my snooze this afternoon :(

  7. I have had an Agv dark visor floating around and promised it to @Nelson
    So today I needed to take my little mini for a drive so I met up with him and dropped it off so it didn't get damaged in the post
    Nice to meet you and put a face to the name :)

  11. Out on the push bikes this morning, BBQ this afternoon. Got an email from Daughter who is on holiday with Boyfriend over in Snowden. They got engaged yesterday! We are delighted for them.

    Never give up and keep positive so I hope that's lodged in his brain somewhere

  16. Just came across an 'I must be in front of you' plonker of the complete and utter tugger kind on route from Byfleet to Addlestone. Was lining me up for a pass past a Gatzo and started to undertake me in traffic despite indicating right at a roundabout. Just glad that I saw you coming, mind you it was difficult not to in your lovely matching white leathers :upyeah:

  19. feck it was hot yesterday didn't get out till after 6pm, a wee jaunt round the ardnamurichan peninsular stopped of for a meal right here.

    and very nice it was as well. chicken stuffed with haggis on top of some tatties v.nice bit disappointed they gave me some form of red chopped up vegetable instead of chip's tho, whats that all about?. on to the malaig road, not only was dry it was empty, a rare thing indeed. superb
