916 N Reg 916 In Parts

  1. Dear all just picked up a N reg 916 in parts Showa suspension etc,
    It's got a fully rebuilt Hacket engine, I'm selling or going to be listing an awful insane amount of parts including a track ready 998, 916 wheels exhausts swing arms wiring looms, track fairings

    Back to the 916 is it worth building it or selling it in bits and what kind if price

  5. What you want for the 916 as is i could do with a summer/winter project.

  6. question to the forum was, to find out just that question, the bikes in bits, but seems to be all there, and a friend is interested in it as a built up bike, so to be clear what would it be worth as a complete barn find, and as a completed bike, piant set etc isn't the greatest, but has a single seat unit etc, what would you be prepared to pay?

  7. Very hard question, engine dependant etc but would take a lot of work to make it into a £4 t o£5K bike. Worth more in parts? You could guess between £1K to £2.5K dependant on part condition? sorry I have no magic number as such :)

  8. Yeh I would say about 1500, as it will take a lot to recommissioned. That's all I would be it to it for and I have restored two over the past 18 months so have a good idea of costs.
