Wanted 748 Side Stand

  1. hi can anyone help please. After a 748 side stand, my bike is a 2000 model. Not sure if any others in range fit. If anyone can help please let me know thanks

  2. 848/1098 fits ok and is slightly longer which is often just what you need.

    if you are a cheap skate like me then you can also fit an easier-to-find, less-expensive Cagiva Mito stand but it does need fettling to fit and is even longer than 848 stand.

  3. Cheers for your help chris. Is 848 straight fit or do I need all bolts etc ?

  4. if you have standard bolts then all swaps over fine but go careful as there can be problems with the fixings from previous accidents/trauma. Worth carefully checking out the state of the tapped holes in the crankcase and also that the fixings are as long as possible but without binding/bottoming out of course.
