  1. Will be interested to learn what that 2nd service costs. Are you at the belt change/valve check service yet?

  2. this will be the 12 month/9K service... only managed 8K since picking it up (July 14), but i'm sure it's due an oil change and a professional (hopefully) look over, will post the details, i suppose there will be a few here that are in a similar position and would be interested...

  4. Ahhhhh. Just like mine. Sorry love it to bits. Your right about the wrists though. Bloody love the look of it though. Gonna try and get a go on my mates Hyper. He doesn't know it yet though.

  6. Only got rid of mine as i couldn't live with the height ...

    Was aware of it before buying, sat on it in the dealers and thought yeah, could get on with that.....BUT

    Living with it in sticky situations was a no no for me and had to go...

    Gutted if i'm really honest but theres always something else right... :upyeah:

  7. You can get them lowered you know. I can't get my feet flat down on one normally but on the lowered one that a friend has I can get both feet flat on the ground. Handling and usability isn't compromised either.

  9. I sold my 13 plate SP and regret it, loved the bike, loads of fun, no issue with height and I am only 5"10

    Now pondering what to buy, go back to her or something else?

  14. Mine was £182.51 at Moto Rapido in June. That was the 24 month service, is that the one you meant?

    The one at 12 months, also at MR, was £181.74.

  15. Yes, thanks for your clarification. I was interested to see how the service costs of bikes with the 821cc engine compare with bikes with the older air-cooled 2-valve engines.

  18. I must say i love the look of the 821sp (livery etc etc, especially one thats been lightly modded with an sc project can) but i cant escape the fact that the motor is smaller after having had 2 1100's....its the grunt, its addictive....

  20. had a go on one at ducati preston , they were offering free nec bike show passes if you test ride monster , scrambler or hyper's, like 1100 best for midrange & grunt , clint and myself will be off to matey in bristol for remap, getting corsa dynamics induction kit . air box gone
