  1. Where are they from, The Daily Mail, or some other such bastion of truth?
Compared to the UK, this place is like turning the clock back 30 yrs. Cars left with keys in overnight, boats and jet skiis left out on trailers
for days at a time. I lived in the North east for 46 years before moving here and don't regret a minute since leaving the UK.
I dare say that there are rough areas, like anywhere else, but I haven't found them yet. Perhaps I'm not trying hard enough.;)

  2. how do.

  3. Like the UK 30 years ago no way. The bike shops here have the keys in the ignition on the showroom bikes. Bikers leave there bikes parked with their helmets and gloves on the bike. I have never seen a bike parked up here with a abus or similar lock. No static unmanned speed cameras all speed cameras are policeman accompanied. Although if you get nicked the penalties are a bit hard. 50% over limit you get a ban and a clip on your license. You can take your test again and get it back.
I lived in the UK 40 years and can not remember anything like that.
During the last 3 years I lived their I had the radio stolen out my car, my car stolen then my 500 gamma stolen out my garage during the night
The downsides of living here ?? the pay is only about double the UK, minimum wage is 12 quid an hour. If your not a lager drinker the beer is crap. No fish and chips or curry take aways. Cars and bikes very expensive. And bloody cold in the winter the sea at the beach ices over.

  4. Welcome. 851 was my first Ducati and I think still one of the most beautiful of all.
