Don't tend to go for homegrown stuff but if I did this would be my take on it.... I think if this one came up for sale I'd probably go for it...
Looks like the monster R........ not a streetfighter. I'm really tempted to change my 1098 for the R. I even took my wifes 1200 monster out for 100 miles to try and make the decision easier. Why do Ducati make choosing so hard
Not for me - they missed the boat - again...not keen on the monster or the one with the extra letter...
If the foot pegs are sorted then I may be swayed into changing. knowing my luck I'll buy the monster and then Ducati will bring out a streetfighter. AAArrrrrr
Im sure the monster is a good bike - but, im not keen on the round light - just looks like an afterthought....when the first one came out it was a parts bin special - nothing wrong with that - it got them off the ground, but it should be been redesigned years ago...if a panigale streetfighter came out id loose my factory rsv4 and my zed at the drop of a hat...but no...alas not to be...ive had 2 hyper 1100's now and wish now that I hadn't sold the last one so, my plan is to sell my supermoto when its finished and if I can swing it with the other half, an 1100 evo sp...
I seriously doubt it - but, even then I wouldn't - dead set on something panigale motor'ed if im paying extreme money I want an extreme bike...evo sp for me I think...
The Monster R could be the one for me if they've sharpened up the Monster 1200, sorted the pegs and make it look more aggressive than the cruiser-styling it currently has. Got to be better than owning this bloody Tuono.
