So my steering lock is intermittent and Ducati told me I need a new hands free kit to fix it. Is this a DIY job or do Ducati need to code it etc?
Was that a warranty job hoppo? If not do you mind if I ask how much they charged you? (Labour in particular)
Mine's also gone (again), what is the potential fix to try? Got it fixed under warranty last time, but they don't seem interested this time now the bike is out of warranty
I just spoke to Ducati and they said Ducati UK have told them not to change them anymore unless as an absolute last resort as the issue is rarely the HF kit itself. I'm going to take it to them to work through a troubleshooting list they have so they can sort it. To be fair I took it to them earlier this month and they got it working within 10 mins so must know what they're doing
Not my thoughts there broke, that's what Ducati said. I'll take it to them and they can sort it whichever way.
