Well if you want it like that then advice is all you can have at present. Took a great service call earlier. Both our ac systems are off and don't switch on (they are linked). OK. Let's try a hard reset to see if the outside unit has locked up. Please turn off the isolator to remove the power for just 20 seconds. I can't Why? It's already off. Ok. Turn it on and that will fix it. Click, yep that did it. Thanks for your help. And no I didn't charge for this advice!

Thanks Thanks I'm happy with it for the moment other than craving a little more power but I'm used to that. Yes I bought this bike from there as I live a 10 minute walk away don't know of a Helen though
She left about a month ago and was in service so u probably dealt with Andy or Gareth. Glad u are enjoying it, I'm sure the 1100 had a little more power but the 696 is so much fun to thrash! I would have one tomorrow but I'm saving for a wedding ha
That's Helen yeah. And Andy is a decent chap, bought my 848 Evo from them (also because I got Helens staff discount on all parts and servicing ;-)) as I only live in hungerford. I prefer to go to snells now though as Alton is a better run out
