1200 Rear Splash Guard - Remove?

Discussion in 'Multistrada' started by MotoNik, Sep 1, 2015.

  1. Be warned, I have read on here a few times people have left the carbon replacements on a ride out as it broke off! Better without...

  2. MTS (2012 PP) looks way better without but a lot of spray (mud / rain) on the rear section on bike and helmet /clothing... nuff said'....

  3. I didn't like the look of the holes it left behind on my DVT. So I put it back on.

  4. OK Guys, here are some pictures

  5. That looks nice. Probably not that worthwhile for me, as I have a top box rack. I need to dig out some of those black screws to close off the holes where I've removed the splash guard.

  6. Sounds awesome, would love to see it. I cancelled my order for an Evotech tail tidy when I saw that it doesn't fit with panniers. Maybe I need to re-order.

  7. The multi is a touring tool and will never win a beauty contest so I'd leave it on to do its job cos it still doesn't look good with it off.
