The article says:
"The incident has been reported to police, who have yet to make any arrests.
A spokesman for Hampshire Constabulary said they are appealing for witnesses to come forward with any information that may help them".

I wish I had confidence that she will get time. However, if a video like that isn't enough to arrest someone I doubt it'll ever happen. There's too many people get away with it these days. If she does go to court there'll no doubt be a sob story and it'll be a few hours community service. I honestly hope I'm wrong!

As already said, she'll no doubt get off, IF caught!
The government have told the courts not to give out custodial sentences. Useless bastards, hence more things like this, and crime up.
