1200 DVT One More Gimmick

Manufactured and milled by a member of the German Forum.
The black part is 3D printed Nylon, the silver part is milled aluminium.

 

you could order it in a thread in the German forum. The producer is a guy with the Nickname Flitzi.

The costs are between 45 and 55 Euro and on top the shiping costs. He starts
with the production after you have ordered it. There are different variations of the milled
Aluminiumpart. He could anodize ( right word ? ) it in different colours. But my favourite is
the version silver with milled Letters as in the published photo.

I offer you the "DVT Logo cover" from the New DVT Multistrada.
It`s a hybrid of a lasersintered Black Nylon Part and a milled Aluminiumsheet.
On the lasersintered Nylonpart you see fine steps from the sintering Process.
But you could paint it with a Spray can if it is not good enough for you.

Possible variants:

- 1) Aluminium sheet, already silver anodized, milled text and visible milling lines
in the Letters, complete with unpainted black Nylonholder = 45 Euro
( as shown on the pictures in the first post )

- 2) Aluminum sheet, milled text, then anodized gold color, complete
with unpainted black Nylonholder = 55 Euro

- 3) Aluminum sheet, milled text, then anodized silver color, complete
with unpainted black Nylonholder = 55 Euro

- 4 )Aluminum sheet, milled text, then anodized red, complete
with unpainted black Nylonholder = 55 Euro


Shipping costs to the UK are 8 Euros.

After the part is ordered and payed ( Pay Pal ), i start with the production. But I have to
wait 2 weeks till the Nylonparts are delivered, and i could not work every
day on it ( It is a private Hobby ) .
If you want a anodized Version with other Colours,
it also needs between 2 or 3 weeks more.
So the delivery time can take between 3 to 6 or 7 weeks.
Option 1 is cheaper and finished faster, because the sheet is already silver anodized.
