They have been very prompt and there still in talks and will get back to myself with a resolution, they suspect it an hands free fault .
Hi D4VE, I had the same issue at my DVT and the lock mechanism was replaced under warranty. The problem is that the bike can not read that the locking pin is back, presumably due to failure of an electric conduct. Try to put a flat screwdriver, while the steering is straight forward, between the steering head and the locking mechanism and twist it in order to help the locking pin to go back and make contact. This must be done immediately after the dash lights up. I did this in order to move the bike to the dealer location for the replacement of the locking mechanism. This will not solve your problem but you will be able to ignition your bike. At the picture below is shown what I describe above. Giannis
