Possibly a standard sticker off the rear panels on a 13/14 PP coupled with a separate red flash which could be sourced more easily.

There's a part number for the stickers on the rear seat faring on the 2010-2012 models. They changed to a self adhesive logo on the 2013 models. You need to download the Pike Peak parts catalogue from the Maintenance sectio of Ducati.com website - once the link is fixed. Below is the page showing the sticker from the 1200S parts catalogue.
