Is anyone going to the Piazza Italia festival in Horsham this bank holiday Friday? Horsham Piazza Italia X website I will be meeting up with the others at P&H Crawley at 8am then we ride off to Motori Di Marino in West Chiltington to register. Lots of Italian bikes and cars.
Hi, I'm coming to the festival as well and really looking forward to it. I'll be riding from Ducati Croydon to West Chiltington at 8.15am. Is anyone else doing this?
I'll be there - my D16 is going to be one of three or four in the "Catwalk" and then on "static display" near the Shelley fountain. (I've never been before so I have no real idea what this all means but it sounds like fun! Shame the weather is looking pants though)
They usually put all the Multi's together in the car park before setting off into town. Happy to say hi to any fellow forum members If you haven't pre-registered you will need to go to one of the itialian bike shops (usually the one I mentioned earlier) to get your sticker and pay a fiver (tea and sausage roll included), then we proceed in a disorderly fashion to the main car park outside of town just off the A24 where all the other bikes and cars will be. You then queued for about 20 minutes to use one of the 3 port-a-loo's after which we get a police escort into town. If you're near the front we usually stop on the cobbled street and rev the shit out the the bikes (this is normally instigated by the Old Bill on the lead bike. We then exit the town centre, go round the edge and re-enter t line all the bikes up on the pedestrian shopping mall.
