Yes, not a straight swap - hence the 'engineering' reference. It wasn't too difficult though, and gave me a set of better looking wheels ( to my eye anyway) which were also significantly lighter, and for little money
Not used the bike since putting it on. The metal ties that come free with the tape are useless though, so i got some jubilee clips
Edit: dammit! one large slice of humble please! the cheaper 5 spoke were galespeed not carrozzeria, sincerest apologies gentlemen. :Eggonface: from memory they're Carrozzeria wheels, that picture was the one that made me order a pair way back when, as luck would have it the then UK agent was hopeless and ignored all my emails, just as the exchange rate went south, saved me a packet, now available from moorespeed racing.
