1200 DVT Scuffed Her In Turkey

Discussion in 'Multistrada' started by Dirtjunkie, Apr 16, 2016.

  1. Having a fantastic time in Turkey. But dropped my DVT coming from a slight off road section yesterday, gutted.
Have broken the hand guard but luckily not the indicator, managed to gaffer tape back together just at the bar end so will get me home.
And a couple of scratches in the side cowl and tank.
Does any one know what prices Ducati charge for the plastics and hand guard?
    Thanks

  2. Don't be silly. It's cool to have a few scratches, especially with a story behind them. Most people blame the previous owner! Just ride.....

  3. Bad luck - gaffer/duct tape does come in handy!
I've had to replace a couple  and I think they cost just short of £40 each.

  4. It happens to us all, comes with the territory of been a two-wheel addict!

  5. Thanks guys your making me feel a lot better.
    Cheers

  6. Hand guards are surprisingly cheap(inexpensive). Plastic, not so much.
