Sc Projects High Mount - Sp 939

Discussion in 'Hypermotard' started by paulbi, Apr 18, 2016.

  1. Hi Guys,

I finally got around to doing a video of my new exhaust at the weekend, although I chose the worst day(!), weather was awful, I think it came out ok i.e. sound and perspective etc (comments welcome though!)...

...I'm personally loving it and the character that it's given the bike.

Let me know what you think.

    Cheers,
    Paul

P.S. Turn the sound up :)

P.P.S - the DB killer was taken out

  5. Love the fact that the latest Hypermotard still sounds more like an old skool Ducati.

  7. Hi, the low mount item is REALLY loud. Also they don't offer any kind of do killer for it.

I went for the high mount so I could have the choice to use the db killer as and when, and for track days (if required).

    Cheers,
    Paul

  9. Thanks for the comments guys. Much appreciated.

I'm really pleased with the bike thus far. And the exhaust is simply adding to the magic. Loving it!!

  10. I always had the opinion that a twin is better of with two pipes but the high mount of the hyper has me thinking differently about exhausts.
My problem currently is that in my country we can't absolutely afford to ride without cat, so in this point of time there is no homologated exhausts for the new hypers so will have to play the patience game.
Do you feel a handling difference? I assume heavy OEM vs high mount neutralize each in terms of weight feel on the ride?
