If you want to put a rocket up their Arse and get it sorted double quick to your 100% satisfaction? Send an invoice in for car/bike hire,taxis and buses as its your only transport to get to and from work.You need to make yourself heard and they might start taking you seriously

I commented on your other thread, from my personal experience with the idiots at superbike factory, shit won't get done. they are a waste of space. You need to speak to the finance company as you have been doing and they can sort it, who are you with? I was with blackhorse finance who were really helpful, took about 2 weeks in total i originally put £500 down and paid approx £1200 through monthly payments all on time and i got £771 back, not great but it got me on my feet and am now riding a repsol blade. They listened to what was happening, after first contacting them about my issue where the stand had broken and ripped out of the engine casing (before i bought it) they had shitbike factory fix it for me, they took 2 weeks to helicoil and then it broke another 2 times. After this i contacted ducati who said it was £1000 for parts + labour + vat + 2 weeks waiting list to fix, so i told blackhorse i want the bike gone, lost all faith in it. They sent an inspector out, checked the work, said it was shit and made the decision to take the bike back to wherever it now is. Worked out in the end! never deal with these assholes. they need shutting down...
Engineer from the finance came out yesterday to inspect the bike which is being kept at ducati nottingham. He deemed the bike unfit for purpose. I now have to wait for the engineer to write the report back to finance company and should find out early next week.
Bloody hell chap! - I can't believe that your case hasn't been sorted,you cashed up in full so you can put this debacle firmly in the past and find a proper motorcycle at a proper dealership! As I've mentioned before I've been a car dealer and motor trader for 42+ years.There is one last thing you can do to get this sorted and done tomorrow! I know cos a punter did it to me about 15 years ago and I had my cheque book out in 5 minutes! He stood outside my showroom at 9.00am on a Saturday morning (busy busy day for sales and hangovers!) careful not to trespass onto my property- with a massive sandwich board " speak to me before buying a car from this garage!" It got me into action double quick

Well this has been going on nearly 2 and a half months now and ive been bikeless. Finally friday i got a final word, they're going to reject the bike and ill get some money back, ill lose my deposit and Payment per 1000 miles. So 4 months payment in total. Handed in the keys and they're going to go pick the bike up. After their inspection once they get it back then they will release the money. Looking at getting a 2nd hand 1199s but by the time i do summer will be over
The bike isn't "fit for purpose " ....you should have every leg to stand on ! .....if you bought a DVD player and it stopped working you would get a replacement ...
No bloody way chap - tell them you want it all back or it's going to court! They sold you a motorcycle that is unfit for purpose and sounds like it was in a dangerous and unroadworthy condition
He sounds like a decent chap and cos he hasn't lost his rag and gone in screaming and shouting they have taken the Fukkin piss out of his good nature - he should name and shame them so fellow motorcyclists steer well clear of their shoddy practices
I would 100% have been arrested and banged up by now! I got slung out of a very expensive restaurant in the west end a couple of weeks ago due to my girlfriends fillet steak (ordered well done - ugh!) being sent back to the chef 3 times as it arrived very rare,then rare and finally medium rare! The manager then came out with "our Michelin chef refuses to overcook it".I said well he ain't the one eating the Fukkin thing so show me where the kitchen is and I will teach the French prick! Fortunately myself,my mate and his wife had nearly finished and I had glugged the wine - so I left my business card and told the slimy manager to get his boss to write to me with a valid reason why I should pay? Alex had a Nandos takeaway on way home!
Whereabouts are these pisstaking clowns located chap? If it's not too far I don't mind going in there with you for a showdown meeting with owner,general manager,sales/service manager and the Finance House representative.I guarantee you walk out with a company cheque or bank transfer before close of business that day
Unfortunately these days you have to become the kind of shouty twat that none of us want to be to get a result from these sort of fekers. It's all smiles, handshakes and warranties at point of sale. When the money is banked and things go wrong it's a completely different tale!
