Just Fitted Mivv Exhaust Can

  1. arrived today, stopped work to fit instantly.

It's a MIVV suono end can with removable DB killer. Carbon end caps with a brushed steel centre sleeve.

The quality of this exhaust amazes me, for £334 I am very happy. Really nicely made and ideal if you're not wanting to spend £1k+ on the termi system.

I'm riding with dB killer out, and boy what a sound. Deep rumble, but loud when you want it to be. exhaust flap still in, but cat removed as that's in the original end can. Rides nice, power wheelies in 2nd even easier now.

    Heres some pics.

  2. Looks sweet mate!!,nice bit of kit indeed, I've just put the sc project on mine, think the end can is a definite must, to change on the 821, they look so much better and sound awesome, us Essex/ Herts hypers will have to get out for blast together soon, think we've all just about got every pipe on the market between us lol

  4. Oh and show us the SC exhaust.

  5. Will do, it's hopefully going in for the remap and air filter tomoz if the filters turn up so will stick couple pics on here tomorrow

  6. Where you getting it mapped mate?

I'm not gonna bother. MIVV say it isn't necessary.

  7. Metropolis in Barnet, rexer tune I think they call it, not looking for more power just a bit more ride ability at low revs, mind you, don't seem to in the low revs to much lol, when I've had it done will let you know if I think it's worth it mate

  8. Yeah sounds good. I know where they are. Wasnt aware they did mapping so let me know how it feels.

  9. That looks great.

I'm looking for something just a hair louder than stock. I'm guessing this is quite a bit more loud than that?

  10. Nice pipe and an excellent wheelie bin too.

  12. It's pretty loud. But can be ridden 'quietly' thanks the the exhaust valve. It's quite nice and deep at idle.

With the dB killer installed it's only a little louder than standard, but a nice difference. This is the compromise for those that which to remain civilised!

I ride without dB killer. See which neighbour confronts me first!

  14. That looks sweet. Always liked the high level systems. Suits the bike well.

I'm gonna bin the Diablo Rosso II tyres, too many slips at the rear for my liking. They seem to take an age to warm up.

  15. Agreed, what tyre you going for??saw a hyper on here when I first joined and he'd fitted a 205 on the rear or something like that it was massive (wide)looked really good

  16. I'll go for supercorsa's as per the SP model in standard size. I'd like to fit a 190 but wasn't sure if it'd upset the DTC or ABS system.

  17. Really like the look of that! Goes really well with the red and... Who doesn't love a bit of carbon?!!
