  1. Hey , anyone know where i can get a 1989/1990 Supersport Manuel , is it the same engine as a 907 paso ? thanks Paul

  2. Very similar motor to 906 except 906 is water cooled.
Ducatipaso.org cater for weber carbed SS and have manuals in archives.

  3. If you need any motor spares I have a spare 907 engine I'm splitting.

  4. i have the workshop manual somehwere, (hard copy) oh, and the bike... owned from new, 90k miles, what would you like to know, I'll try to help.
Which bit do you need, i can scan a few pages, If I can find it, not the whole thing though, someone must have a electronoc copy somewhere.

  5. thanks , just starting with it really , managed to get it running but needs a good seeing too , electronic copy would be ideal but difficult to find or even better hard copy , even harder , at the moment looking to re furb the clutch , so plates etc , new chain and sprocket and also cam belts , if you could point me in the right direction with these to start would be great ...

  6. great will have a look thanks for that

  7. The clutch is basic, no cush like later models, so the rear wheel cush rubbers need to be good otherwise it can feel very agricultural.
Clutch bearing in piston in cover got upgraded as originals fell apart, copasslip the mating metal faces too.
Plates are different to later models, you need a thick steel/copper friction plate in last held in with the giant snap ring in the basket groove.
Do you have the weber carb, if so they are a pig, I had a Weber tech guy work on mine changed jetting & put larger chokes in + a fuel pressure regulator is a must & float height critical.
Carb icing was far worse than the later models, I had a factory heat shroud & ducting from front cyl to airbox, sidnt work, I then made an oil heated plate that sat between manifold &n carb, this helped. I no longer need this carb as I fitted Mikunis from later model, this required relocating battery & minor frame mods.
Std rear shock had unsutable non adjustable compression damping which caused tankslappers...
I'll dig out the manual & copy the clutch info.

  8. Don't know.
I got it from ducatipaso.org 750Sport section in faq.

  9. Done it , thanks thats a big manual ...really appreciate it Paul
