Marigolds? I use Helston summer gloves - just the most comfortable gloves I've owned, but not waterproof.
I ski, Ride Mountain Bikes, Road Bikes, Off Road & On Road motorbikes and have never found a waterproof glove in 20 years!!! Some gloves will keep you dry for a time SealSkinz are good but will after an hour or so get wet. For most situations this is acceptable but for hours of rain the only solution I have found is black washing up gloves (XL) with a simple (cheap) fleece glove as a liner. warm and dry
I carry waterproof overmitts. Currently got weisse. Combined with shorty gloves the mitt goes inside jacket sleeve so water runs over glove and not into it.
