Like a lot of people in the North East who new Ian Bell I would sincerely like to pass my heartfelt condolences to his family and his workforce I was in the shop couple months ago but he was on holiday at the time so missed him, Today is not the time to argue about the merits of the TT surely it is to remember men like this ,I will always remember doing a Yamaha 600 launch day at Donington like a lot of people I thought i was fast coming down craner curves and Ian came under me probably 30 mph quicker and within 3 bends had vanished top man been telling that story for 25 + years and hopefully another 25 but I did pass a tear. RIP
