Hey there, do you have the four fairing supports lowers on the engine uppers on the frame? All would be great but after the lower left specifically! Also after a side stand if you have one. Cheers Andrew
Hi Andrew, the frame went a while ago but I may have taken them off, send me a photo and I'll have a look. I definitely have the side stand!
Cool, I'll take the stand and I'll try to find photos of the supports.... they are basically little black alloy tubes between five and ten centimetres long.... not near the bike again till Monday. I'll pm. Thanks!
Hi Andrew, I was in the garage earlier looking and I've found what I think they are, have a look at the photos and let me know. I also took a photo of the stand for you
Hi, apologies, I've only just seen this! Yes, I've still got it, it is the rectangle one by the headlight?
ah, those are the two upper supports that attach to the frame. I need the two longer, lower ones that attach to the cylinder head that have the rubber mushrooms on the ends rather that holes for the rubber well nuts. So close, but no cigar :-( ........but if you do have the lower struts that would be great! I got desperate last night and made some using a big bolt that i drilled and glued a fiberglass/carbon rod into so that should do me as a back up. I also learned how to sharpen drill bits As for the stand, perfect!
Ahh, your description rings a bell but I don't think I have those, I think they went with the engine. I'll think of a price for the stand!
I haven't got the other supports :Arghh: If they attach to the engine I can point you in the direction of the bloke who bought mine as they might be spares to him?
Hi, yes I do. The lock was taken out of the tank cap though as someone was interested in it originally. I'll take photos later for you
Hi, I still have one, I'll take a photo of it for you as its a bit strange! It's the same shape as a 600SS tank but has a round breather at the top of the tank instead of a long one, not sure why! I'll take the photos this weekend and you can let me know what you think. Thanks Paul
