Morning 2nd day into my Ducati ownership so thought i share some pictures. Got a base 1199 and absolutely love the termi's makes it sound like thunder. Completely different to my ZX6R which I traded in. Cheers Chris
Awesome! Bet that's a shock! I remember riding one when I had my Daytona 675, it didn't feel that quick and then it hit 7k rpm and just immediately picked the front wheel up, so I shifted and it just kept going and I thought 'holy shit!'.... There isn't much difference between wet mode and the zx6, put it in sport mode aand opened it up in 3rd. Bloody hell it's quick ha. Still getting used to it, the Zx was such an easy bike to ride the 1199 definitely feels like a handful, in a good way
Congratulations. They take a bit of experimentation with body position and so on but it's more than worth it once you get comfortable with it.
