Hi guys & girls.. I've final got myself a 1198.. (Absolutely love it) It's the standard version but I've got myself a dtc unit to fit to it, will I need to update anything else to get it to work? I've looked at the parts manual for the 1198 & 1198s nothing really stands out different?? Hope you guys can help
Well, from the top of my head you'll need A DTC electronic module (Check it has 1 plug, if it has 2 it's from the 1098R) The correct wiring loom (it may be a standard loom) Front wheel speed sensor Front wheel speed sensor bracket Your dash will have to be configured to allow the selection of DTC A new RH front brake disc with the DTC pick ups on Maybe more............ You may want to ask youself if it's worth it for the road or look into the Nemesis system if you really want it.
