916 Help Opinion Needed

  1. Hi all friend of mine has just asked would I like to buy his 1997 916 bipo store it has 12200 miles full service history belts done last year.   4. Looking at other 916's on the market that's already a half decent price, but if he's open to offers then might as well go in around the 5k mark and go from there.

  6. It's not priced badly at all, I think it's worth that in all honesty. Obviously if he's said he'd take offers, make him one. I'd try a cheeky £4,750 and see where it goes. :)

  7. agree with all said above. Good looking bike at a fair price and good mileage. But you might as well squeeze him as he asked for it!

  18. Thanks for the reply's. It wouldn't be my main bike to ride so I'm thinking if I got it for £5000 I'm not going to lose money if I did want to sell it but I have always admired it
