Literally just pulled out of Donnington bsb quick shifted up into second then heard a weird pop. Bike is now struggling to start and sounds weird.
Im not a mechanical guy at all. It basically made a pop when i quickshifted into second just pulling out of donnington at about 8k revs. Then i tried to fire it up, it fired up but sounded slower and like it was maybe firing off one cylinder and came up with !Engine and !Stop warnings. After reading my manual it looks like it could potentially be an ECU issue. Maybe something to do with the ECU not being calibrated for the full termi system on it.
Ecu not being mapped is not going to do something like this, the ECU doesn't know what exhaust is on there. Sounds like it's a dealer trip if you are not comfortable looking at it. Might be something like a coil pack plug popped off or damaged making it fire on one side only?
