New 821 Rider

Well i finally took the plunge and got myself a hypermotard 821 the old street triple made way so i was able to keep my 749 as well after much begging!

I've had a good dig through various forums and i've been on this one for a while now with my other bike but i do have a few noobie questions!

1 - I'm going to go for the usual crash protection/sliders/rad guard that seem popular do people recommend evotech or R&G?

2 - Tail tidy's which one do people go for i had an Evotech on my old Street Triple and thought it was very good but it seems a bit pricey for the 821 is it worth going for the cheaper R&G one or something else?

3 - Exhaust probably the biggest upgrade I can't really afford a Termi for 1k so was thinking of an sc-project of MIVV exhuast. I like the way the sc-project exhuast looks and has the high mount version although not sure if that would set fire to my Kriega tail pack!

4 - Service or workshop manual I've had a look on ebay there doesn't seem to be anything for the 821 I have information for the 1100 is this what people are doing?

5 - I'd like a bit more wind protection i read on one of the threads that you can fit a slightly taller screen from the hyperstada model is this correct? Like a sport screen rather than the full screen.
