Sold my R1 to my friend who recently smashed his left hand and broke his middle finger at work. and that is how we found solution to transport his (now) bike. He had to drive 9 hours one handed
I've got that shed's ickle brother... You need to be a 3rd Dan Meccano zen master to erect the bloody thing, but once up, they be top sheds...! [/QUOTE] Thats the 3rd one I've put together, a 10x12, a 6x6 and now this 8x10 and the instructions don't get any better! And this is the first where I've had to put the roof together and then put it on which was a bit of a pain.
Well i had a hospital appointment this week, the date/time had been changed 5 times already up till now, each time i got a letter to confirm the new one. So i left work 2 hours early, arrived at the hospital 10mins before the appointment only to be told its been moved to the 26th!!!! FFS, really?!? The pisser was they said to wait in area 'B' to see if the specialist can fit me in. Half hour later i'm called up and then told there is no spaces available. Grrr!!!! So that makes it 6 times now the appointments been changed, £££ lost in wages, an afternoon wasted and then stuck in rush hour traffic to get home. Yay! Now i got it to look forward to all over again on the 26th!
Archer17, i had the 6x6 one(got an 8x6 wooden shed now), took just as long to dismantle as it did to put up! How many nuts and bolts?!? Lol, they seem flimsy but mine stood up to gale force winds and rain admirably, hardly leaked either! Just hated the spiders that got in all the nooks&crannies!
Haven't taken any apart yet! After all the hassle a wooden one would have been easier but cost twice as much to buy! Not too many nuts and bolts but hundreds of small screws with fiddly washers and piss poor instructions (just a diagram ) but I do know how good they are, so worth the aggro. Just hope no one complains as its it the front garden!
Hopefully still a Happy Birthday to you all the same.....no matter how many candles are on the cake. ;-)
Not for me! I'm on carers duty this week! No early mornings for me till Sunday when we've got to be at Snetterton for 6.30 am!
Nappy burp day Fig Today I have been mostly talking to clients in the UK and from Mexico. And this afternoon I was overseeing a trial installation for an event for my local council.
