I have been told I can't have another bike until I reduce the fleet and though I still love riding the bike my 996S is in the firing line Photos of the bike are here: Ducati 996S - Google Photos I have owned it for 3.5 years. It was heavily serviced by GTEC at 17k miles and though I have had the belts changed twice (once when I bought it and earlier this year) and the rear wheel bearings cleaned / regreased by DMC in Preston all other servicing has been done by myself – inc. fluid changes (motul synth oil, coolant, BF), filters, recent C&S set etc.. This is all documented/photographed and the bike has a large amount of history paperwork from the previous owner. Now done 25K, MoT End of March 2107 It is a 996S Biposto: Showa forks and Ohlins rear as std. I have fitted a genuine ducati monoposto seat (but would plan to refit the biposto one for sale, unless the price was right). It also wears later 4 pad brembos from 998 models (the originals are not as strong) plus nearly new original discs, has a set of 50mm carbon termis and the essential open clutch cover for added rattle!. I have the original silencers, clutch cover and passenger footrests. Bike is in Preston Lancashire. PM me for further details and a phone no for a chat. Or if you want any further photos.
