Proper socket, 18 inch breaker bar, 4 foot pipe and wife standing on rear brake. No problem. I put some copper slip grease on the washer on installation.
All sorted by the very very helpful Carl Harrison who is the the independent Ducati specialist bloke in Harleston. Big socket and a 4 foot breaker bar shifted it so will invest in similar for future home use
