Discussion in 'Panigale' started by Propergraft!, Feb 4, 2017.

  1. Anyone manage to get 46t sprocket to fit with a 15t front.
I don't think the chain is long anoth to fit a 46sprocket with 15 front.
    Am I wrong?
    Thanks proper graft

  2. Get a longer chain :)

  3. Yeah thought that was the case.
No one done this I'm guessing.

  4. Or fit a 14t front? Should be similar gearing

  5. I think gearingcommander will tell you the links you need.

  6. Mine already arrived with a 46t sprocket. Rode it at BRNO in 2016 and really enjoyed it. I didn't know at the time it had 1, until I enquired about it. Always advised to go up on the rear sprocket rather than down on the front.

  7. I dropped one off front and added one to the rear. Much better for me. Lost a bit top end but a lot more fun to ride.

  8. Do you primarily ride with that set up on track, street or both?

  9. I went up one on the rear on my old 899 and found it better.

Reckon you'll get two out of the rear on the standard chain.

  10. Both mate. Much more fun on road and tracks with short straights. Lot more punchy out of corners. Lose a bit top end so bit annoying on long straights. So much fun elsewhere though, for me it's perfect.

  12. I just ordered this set up and when it's warm enough to ride I'll report back
