st4s 2001 Hi all should have took photos but I didn't so I need your help complete strip of body work renewed all rubbers, bolts ,did shims filters, manual shows two rubber pipes coming from intake manifolds ,mine only has one from from the vertical cly manifold where does this go to, and why from only one manifold ? many thanks Ray
Only the US models should have rubber pipes from the inlet manifolds for the emissions charcoal cannister. The UK/EU models shouldn't have any. If there is one it has most likely been fitted for a Scottoiler which may no longer be on the bike.
Many thanks the bike does have a scottoiler will check this out tonight,it ran dry last year have been using a chain spray since, some times the most simple things catch you out,we live and learn in my case it takes a little longer than most,Cheers Ray
