There's a load of hacked/spam eBay listings. I've been looking at VW Transporter Kombi's and you can spot the shitty listings a mile off.
They all have sort of an almost, 'picture text' listing, it's the same as that Multistrada one. The red and black text looks like it's been just dumped in there, not typed out.

 

At that price it's an absolute steal

 

No mention of the mileage in the advert. So presumably it's done 100,000 miles.

 

Looks like the bike listing has been removed!

 

Unlikely Peter, very unlikely MTS will survive to 100,000 miles. Imagine how many fuel level sensors you would need, more than have ever been made?
