  1. Wanted Ohlins fork conversion for Ducati 848.

  2. get on ebay, dont forget the yokes as i belive there a different size to the standard showa forks.

  3. Yes you need the bottom yoke or you can have a sleeve added to the 848 standard one.

  4. No second hand on ebay at the moment.
Thought the bottom yoke was to small, not too big?

  5. sorry may be, in which case you can have it milled out. If so, most aprilia may fit too :)

  6. Is there not a risk strength wise milling the yoke?

  7. I know some have done it (couldn't remember if sleeved or shaved) but I am no expert, I managed to find a full set off an 848 when I did mine.

Not sure if @Nelson has done it on one of his, or FE @ducati dad as they have both built bikes and made some changes to standard parts :)

  8. I think standard is 53mm and ohlins is 56mm, so will need milling. Personally I'd buy a 56mm and sell the old 53 mm to recover some of the cost.

  9. I have a full suspension upgrade package for 848/1098 I wish to sell, consists of Matris fork cartridges, Ohlins rear shock and ride height adjuster, if you're interested PM me.

  10. They can be quote tough to get hold of used. May be worth trying breaker in case they have broken a 1098s or similar and only sold forks or if a fork us the bottom yoke may be ok? worth a go :)

  11. Shaved is best :)
