So as the title says I was out about 2 hours ago on my hyper 1100 and dropped it on some mud on the road ..... few choice words and abit of a paddy later I've assessed the damage and it's only buggered the front nose cone and the L/H side panel or tank fairing bit. Any body know where there is one of each of these? Dont fancy paying £370 from Ducati!!
I searched for ages for the exact same parts with no luck other than ads in the USA, as you say the side panels are £350ish and the nose cone is an eye watering £480, FOR A BIT OF PLASTIC FFS. Unfortunately wrapping or carbon panels are the only other alternatives to wallet surgery. Good luck with your search.
I've found a side panel from Romania that's like brand new so that's on its way to me as we speak! That has only set me back £200 it's crazy the carbon bits are half the cost of the shitty plastic ones but I wanted the bike back how it was.
