Anyone with a late MY02 748E or 748S with the variant Zeuna exhaust system (manifold and header one piece rather than two) which are prone to crack at the manifold, this place is selling them new at a significant discount. CR, 15 minutes as long as I can find the spring puller. Mine broke a manifold just as I overtook an open top VW Golf, the sudden BLAAAAAAAAAH caused the Golf driver and me to shit ourselves. This was a few weeks after CJS had mapped the bike to perfection but I could only get a normal 916 system to replace it in the time available. The pipes and joints on the Zeuna system are slightly bigger diameter and the standard 916 system screwed the precise mapping Chris had done. Have one on the way so hopefully the precise mapping, torque, power and cracking exhaust note will be restored when the bike is restored to its mapped condition..
