I had the misfortune of holing my radiator whilst on my way up to my local dealer Moto Rapido, I didn't realise until I returned to the bike in car park to leave and saw the coolant was no longer where it was supposed to be. The guys in the workshop came out to check and found the damage, got the parts on order (including oil and radiator guard) and then were good enough to loan me an Enduro whilst mine was sorted. I was very fortunate and obviously in the right place when the damage was identified and cannot thank them enough for their help and undoubtedly high customer service....second to none in my opinion !
I bought my bike from Rapido. Servicing has always been good, and when I had an issue with the seat and a cutting out problem (linked to a need to replace the throttle) they sorted all very well. So far, great service... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
