Winter is approaching here in the Southern Hemisphere and the mornings are getting cooler., and my fingers are getting cold on my commute to work. Has anyone fitted the Ducati heated grips to their 939 or 821? I was wondering if they are just plug and play or if something needs to be activated so that the heat controls work. Any experience?
The dealer installed mine. They had to activate the controls, so that the starter switch worked to set the temp.
Thanks, enabling the controls was my concern. I'll have a chat with the dealer and see how much it's going to cost!
