1299 Where Do Surrey And Se Peeps Go For Tyres

  1. I usually head to FWR, but I cant be arsed to ride into town as Stockwell, brixton, Norbury etc sucks. Thus just thought Id ask and collate places for future. Thanks in advance. :)

  3. Thanks Merv but not a fan of ProTwins. Despite living 5mins from them, I travel to Snells.

  5. As you travel to Snells, Micheldever Tyres at Micheldever Station isn't a huge detour. I have used them for years and just replaced the Diavel's front Rosso II which cost £69 +vat and fitting to a loose wheel so was £90 all in. They also did the 240 section rear for £112+ which worked out at £120 fitted. They have a dedicated bike bay for ride in, ride out at about an extra £7 per wheel and the guys are happy for me to watch but they have always taken care of my wheels. Andy

  6. I've used Watlings many times for tyres over the years - the one in Catford. Not the happiest bunch but they do the job and are reasonably priced.
