2007 1098S..... 2008 1098R..... 2009 1198S, I broke the gearboxes on all of them doing clutchless changes, all replaced under warranty, use the clutch or get a Nova box.
It’s the seamless shift what I remembered badly: “Every gear change is different. The seamless shift technology dynamically adapts ‘kill time’ and other parameters in real time to provide the perfect shift – regardless of RPM, load, rider style or gear. The net effect? Reduced laps times because of the ‘time for free’ saved on every shift.”

You can always change the settings here. Have changed settings here and there on this table with great results.The map that is in my bike now is stored on my laptop in the shed so will post up a pic of the changes I have made next time I turn it on. 50000 kays on my 1198.
