I'm now at nearly £600 out of pocket tps,co emission reset,throttle bodies reset,fuel trim rest,and still not running they have now found that there is no compression in the top cylinder it's at 75% and should be 120% so it's down to the valves,, it goes in next Monday for another 3 hours this is a classic example of a uncared for and ragged ducati and I'm paying the price.
i doesn't matter that you have been ridding for 20 years you no nothing about a ducati engine yes you might of done the belts but it needs to be plugged into the ecu to reset things and regards your comment about you swapping a 05 for a 01 with 30k is crap you'll never spend that much on that r1 in all the time you'll have it so don't give me that bull

Hi yes sorry mate, been back and fro the hospital with the misses, gal stones. Ive posted the exhaust and fuel cap (bolts are inside the box for the fuel cap and make sure you use the green gasket when fitting original back on. If you are putting the original exhaust back on be careful when taking termi box of and putting original back as exhaust gaskets are very fiddley and have to go on a certain way, take note when you take the termi box of, should be 2 gaskets and if they are still on the exhaust pipes push them forward slightly but don't remove them they are a pig to get back on, the gaskets are new as well got them in may this year.
