Cons - They treat you like is a favor to you they are selling a bike for you They don't take care about after post purchase, don't even reply email after you bought the bike. Promised gifts but when it was delivered nothing arrived.
Not good at keep client, need to chase them to know the status of my future bike, don't reply emails anymore after sell the bike, Was promised gifts but never arrived and I wouldn't be happy to take my bike to that dealer to do the 1st service
Cons - Completly untrustworthy, lie about histories, stamp book without carrying out any work at all, dangerous fraudsters.
Sold me a 2nd hand 959 with "FSH" which turned out to have not been touched in 2 1/2 yrs. Stamped book as just serviced by them, when I took it home and actually serviced it myself the oil was black as coal, filter and sump plug massively full of metal, clearly not had an oil change since break in. Also half empty of coolant (header completly dry) and tyes at 18psi! Ffs.....I could go on, but suffice to say, criminal, literally.
You know a dealer has a lot of work to do when their sales team turn you away for a test ride but that was my experience with Ducati Croydon. Their justification - I had tested a previous model. How this means I have a feel for the new model(s) and how they compare baffles me. I was left feeling slighted by the rude and condesending staff and baught my bike elseware. Shame they serve the London market. Hopefuly a good Ducati dealer will open soon that can show these guys what good customer service looks like.
I asked the garage to upload an up map key for me on my monster. According to 5 other Ducati garages I've spoken to, the job should take 15/30 mins max unless something goes wrong (which it didn't). They charged me 45mins for the work and I know damn well the bike wasn't in that long, because it was still sat outside where I parked it in this window they claimed it to be in maintenance. I got billed £67.50 for a job that only required to put software on, there were no parts required, just labor. I checked quotations from other garages after for the same work, and it varied between £30 and £54, both half an hours work, and the mean in the quotes being £40. As stated on other reviews, the service department are not very professional, I was watching the technician play a game on his phone or I think he was using tinder as he worked on the bike. After back and fourth they refunded the £22.50 which I'm happy about but I wont be going there again.
Cons - The service team is a bit like dealing with the chuckle brothers. They lack any coordination with the customer and are at best difficult to get in touch with. They also didn't have any courtesy bikes to help you out.
Overall, really poor customer service that cannot be justified at any level. If your looking to spend money on a motorbike then I would look elsewhere as the after sales feels is just awful.
picked up my diavel and checked tyre pressure to my horror the front was running 42 psi and rear 54 psi and chain clonking when shutting throttle . the chain was not 9-11 mm as book recommended not a happy man.
Pros - Proper (Italian) family owned dealership that has grown and grown over the last decade because they are so good, but still have that family feel. Cristian and Roberto are proper bikers and look after their customers.
MCN's best multi-franchise dealer for a reason: they are brilliant. And it's European v-twin heaven (Aprilia, Guzzi, KTM too). Oh, and try the cafe in the bus next to the service area: they own it and it rocks!
Cons - little pricy service, Service team could be slow as they look after ducati, aprilia, ktm, kawasaki, moto guzzi, piaggio
Cristian, the owner of the place he is good guy to deal with gives best prices for PX, will look after you anyway he can. its difficult to find this, its a family business and yes he is Italian
Christian is top bloke just bought a Multistrada of him and he done me i right favour .gave me a honest price for my part ex and a great deal on the new bike very happy with that
