Bought a bike from them, water pump went after a month, it took 6 weeks for the service department to fix it. Lost most of the summers riding time. Expected expedited repairs to get back out on the road asap, especially so soon after buying a the bike from them. Found the same at other Ducati dealers to be fair - they do seem to have laissez-faire attitude. My other bike/car dealers (BMW, Audi, Porsche) fall over backwards getting you out on the road asap.
Great Ducati selection and knowledgable staff are able to help and don't over pressure sell! I was alowed to test new models and compare with some of the used bikes. The assistant was really informative about changes made and wheel sizes for my use, even advising against a premium model due to my two up riding style - they were genuine and happy to help
Good sales care from Tony and Chris Left with a new bike plus a few trinkets everything taken care of so I could go enjoy the bike without hassle Always a good bunch of blokes in the service department too
Well run with helpful staff that seem like they like working there. Happy to offer advice & do know that they are talking about. Good stock of everything ducati while not helpful to my bank balance great for the 848 lol. Well done.
Pros - 899 in for first service. Good customer service from Ian in the service department and the most competitive price for the service.
Good main dealer experience. I'm often disappointed by main dealers both car and bike, so this made for a pleasant change. When I phoned the service department they were very helpful and accomodating, extending a winter offer, even though it had expired as I had bought bike from them. Great experience on the day.
Pros - Good range of bikes. Straight forward and simple process to take a Demo out. Good stock in the shop. Knowledgeable staff. Very reasonable PX offered.
Cons - Took a while for someone to help me in the showroom, only 2 staff in on the day I visited, but not a great issue as i still bought a bike!
Day off work, so decided i would have a ride out and popped into Ducati Aylesbury, eventually spoke to Tony Head, great service from him, instantly arranged a test ride on the demo 899, I fell in love with it and a great PX offered on my 848, did the deal there and then on the last red stock 899 they had. Couldn't have been simpler. Just had my first service and Ian was a pleasure to deal with, pretty reasonable price as well which is always a bonus!
Pros - Fantastic food van onsite Sat/Sun Good range of bikes available Knowledgable staff with no B.S. Bikes and a well stocked gear shop all on one site 30 mins from home (Milton Keynes) along some great roads
Cons - Can be a bit busy in the showrooms at peak times Not far enough away to stop me going and buying things on a whim
I went to test ride a Monster and walked away with a brand new 899, I was also given a decent trade in on my old bike too. Good all round communications from sales to servicing, a very positive experience for buying my first new bike.
had negative experience with ron Parkinson Colchester turned me off getting one so thank god for steve at onyerbike he did not have to try to hard to sell the new 899 to me but definatly made it a positive time so much so I travelled the 100 miles there for my first service .
Fantastic deal on a bike I wanted, warranty work up to date, advised when bike was ready. easy to deal with and I would use them again. Trade in value was better than I'd get for a quick private sale
