New bike in for 1st service. Service light was a few miles off so they put it on a Dino for 7 miles then were able to carry out the service and reset the light. Nice people especially Neil the service manager.
Tried to sort out a test ride, but zero communication from their side. Shame really, as they are close to me. But if they are not interested, neither am I! Luckily Nottingham came to rescue, sorted the ride for me, and I'm bying the bike there.
Really helpful and pleasant despite having to deal with errors on bike due to original supplier leaving parts missing from original fitting of exhaust system. Will definitely be returning when next service is due. Feels like a different bike now, couldn’t rate highly enough
Fantastic customer service, brilliant from start to finish. I cannot honestly recommend them highly enough. Dave, the sales manager, explained everything in full detail at all times, helped to set the bike up to my own personal tastes, and just made everything a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thanks again.
Cons - Never had call back to find out what's going on with vehicle or parts, I usually have to chase up. Shame really, cause it's the closest one.
Had a couple of attitude responses with one of the parts guy, and usually miscommunication, as I enquirer for after market parts the chap puts it on order before I have said anything and gets arsey with you when you say you don't need the part and was waiting for a price in the first place. Tha matcha I see are awesome, and they do a thorough job and are happy to pass on advice.
Pros - Staff are friendly and helpful, always offering a brew. The service department has always been really good to squeeze my bike in whenever I need it looking, nothing is too much trouble and the turnaround time to get the work done is spot on.
Fantastic service provided, friendly and informative staff. I've had to take my bike to these guys a few times and they have always managed to get my bike in right away to look at. Most recent visit was to get my forks replaced under warranty dropped it off and gave me a two day turnaround, got a phone call the next day and it was ready. This is the only place i will take my Ducati to in the Midlands.
Pros - Always a hot cuppa made for one. Genuine effort and kindness shown by all the talented staff. The boss is a gem... really knowledgable and no side to him at all. If you didn't know better you would think he was just another helpful employee.
Cons - A bit of a faff to get to, but located in an almost countryside location on the edge of Coventry
I've only ever experienced similar service when I lived in Sloane Street, in London. Makes you feel valuable and wanted. Bought my first ever new vehicle from here and have never regretted a moment of ownership.
Bought my first Ducati ,multi gt from them found David in sales spot on , nothing too much trouble , everything explained ,very satisfied with the service .
Pros - Convenient collection service available especially as I am miles away in Milton Keynes. Good range of products and accessories on display and available.
Cons - Have to be a little flexible with collection/ delivery as they need to plan the rounds to be as efficient as possible.
Decided to take my 848 to JHP for servicing after experience with other dealer left me feeling like I was just another customer as they deal with other manufacturers as well. Had a completely different service with JHP and felt that they knew they there stuff and passionate about the Brand/ products. Possibly not the cheapest but certainly worth paying for the expertise and service in my opinion.
Pros - Only Ducati dealer of 3 visited that managed to find then fix the fault on my 748 (loose alternator nut). Gave me very good discount on a slipper clutch; didn't have to ask. Have given me good advice and lent me tools at track days.
Recommended. They fixed my 748; I bought my 848 from them and I have had very good after sales service. If I buy a new scrambler it will probably be from them.
